Mi HR Solutions operates as a job placement facilitator and intermediary. We connect registered candidates with our network of partner employers. We are not an employer ourselves.

Our services include candidate registration, profile management, HR verification, employer matching, interview coordination, and reference documentation — all designed to improve a candidate's chances of employment.

Mi HR Solutions does not guarantee employment to any registered candidate. Final hiring decisions rest entirely with the employer. Our role is to present verified, matched candidates to suitable employers — but we cannot compel any employer to hire a candidate.

Factors outside our control — such as employer requirements changing, roles being filled, or candidate performance in interviews — may affect placement outcomes.

Registration is 100% free. Service fees, if any, are associated with optional subscription plans chosen voluntarily by the candidate after registration.

All fees are disclosed clearly before any payment is confirmed. Candidates are not required to pay anything unless they choose to subscribe to a paid plan.

Candidates are solely responsible for the accuracy and authenticity of all documents and information submitted. Mi HR Solutions performs a reasonable verification check but cannot guarantee the detection of all fraudulent documents.

If a candidate is found to have submitted false, forged, or misleading documents, their account will be immediately suspended and any fees paid will be forfeited without refund. Legal action may be pursued where applicable.

Mi HR Solutions collects and processes candidate data solely for placement-related purposes. We do not sell candidate data to third parties or advertisers.

Candidate data is shared with prospective employers only with the candidate's implicit consent by virtue of applying for a job through our platform. For complete details, see our Privacy Policy.

Mi HR Solutions verifies employers before adding them to our network. However, we are not responsible for the conduct, working conditions, salary payment practices, or any other actions of partner employers after a candidate joins their organization.

Candidates are encouraged to conduct their own due diligence on any employer before joining, and to raise concerns with Mi HR Solutions at any time.

By registering, candidates consent to receive SMS, WhatsApp messages, and in-platform notifications from Mi HR Solutions related to their application, interviews, and placement status.

Promotional communications may be sent from time to time and can be opted out of by contacting support. Core placement-related communications cannot be disabled while an active placement process is ongoing.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Mi HR Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to: loss of income, loss of employment, or damages resulting from reliance on employer information.

Our total liability to any candidate shall not exceed the total amount paid by that candidate to Mi HR Solutions in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Mi HR Solutions reserves the right to update this disclaimer at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised disclaimer.
