Our in-house HR team manually reviews every application. Documents are verified for authenticity. Profile data is cross-checked. Candidates receive a Verification Badge upon successful completion. Only verified profiles are presented to partner employers.
Our placement executives match verified candidates with suitable job openings from our partner employer network. Matching is done based on qualifications, location preference, experience level, and job category. Candidates are notified in real-time through the platform.
