Our Website,  www.mihr.in is operated by M/s MI HR 
Our Website an integral part of the web-based technology platform that enables Candidates seeking a job, to connect with Employers looking to hire Candidates for a job. However, we are not a recruitment agency.

Our Users seeking jobs/Candidates for certain jobs, are required to create accounts on our Website/App accordingly by providing us with the information specified in the Privacy Policy.

In order to avail of the Services provided by us on the Website, you shall register with our Website, thereby creating a specific account for yourself (irrespective of whether you are an Employee or a Candidate).

To sign up for an account, you need to be at least 18 years old. If necessary, we may ask you for proof of age. You are responsible for your account and all activity on it and for keeping your password confidential. If you find that someone is using your account without your permission, kindly report it to support@mihr.in


User Consent:

By submitting personal information the user profile, including contact particulars, pictures etc., and the user joins MI HR and agrees to the terms of this Privacy Policy and expressly consents to the processing of his/her personal information according to this Privacy Policy.


Confidentiality:

MI HR only shares user information with others when it has user's permission or under the types of circumstances described in this Privacy Policy. In addition, MI HR may limit access to user information to only those employees who we believe reasonably need to come into contact with that information to provide products or services to the user.

MI HR operates security and networks protected by the password protection systems. The security and the policies are reviewed periodically and enhanced as necessary and only the authorized individuals have access to the information provided by the users.


Changes in the Privacy Policy:

If there is a change in the privacy policy, it will prominently be posted as a link to those changes on homepage so that the users are always aware of what information is being collected, how is it being used it, and under what circumstances, if any, it is disclosed.
